Our jan­i­to­r­i­al divi­sion oper­ates under the prin­ci­ples of the ISSA Clean­ing Indus­try Man­age­ment Stan­dard (CIMS), which ensures a pur­pose­ful, effi­cient, cus­tomer-focused exe­cu­tion of ser­vices. Nashville Area Jan­i­to­r­i­al Positions:

Super­vi­sor
Title: Supervisor
Hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM M‑F $12-$14/hr
Loca­tion: Greater Nashville Area
Lift­ing Require­ments: Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
Expe­ri­ence Required: 1 – 2 years
Respon­si­bil­i­ties: This is a work­ing super­vi­sor posi­tion. The super­vi­sor will lead the clean­ing team in all gen­er­al clean­ing duties assigned by the account man­ag­er. The super­vi­sor must be orga­nized, pro­fes­sion­al, and must have pre­vi­ous man­age­ment experience.
Floor Tech­ni­cian
Title: Floor Technician
Hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM M‑F $12-$14/hr
Loca­tion: Greater Nashville Area
Lift­ing Require­ments: Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
Expe­ri­ence Required: 1 years
Respon­si­bil­i­ties: Will include strip­ping, wax­ing, and buff­ing floors. It also include the gen­er­al main­te­nance of the machines and mate­ri­als used. Oth­er jan­i­to­r­i­al duties as assigned by the supervisor
Day Porter
Title: Day Porter
Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M‑F $12-$14/hr
Loca­tion: Greater Nashville Area
Lift­ing Require­ments: Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
Expe­ri­ence Required: 1 year
Respon­si­bil­i­ties: Will include gen­er­al clean­ing, pulling trash, dust­ing, clean­ing restrooms, vac­u­um­ing?, and oth­er clean­ing duties as assigned by the super­vi­sor. This role is a high­ly vis­i­ble role. A can­di­date must be pro­fes­sion­al, orga­nized, and have great time-man­age­ment skills.
Lev­el 2 Cleaner
Title: Lev­el 2 Cleaner
Hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM M‑F $11/​hr
Loca­tion: Greater Nashville Area
Lift­ing Require­ments: Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively.
