Floors are always beneath our feet, so we may take them for granted. However, we all notice when floors are poorly maintained. Well-maintained floors aren’t just important for making a good impression on all visitors and staff members, however; they’re also necessary for preserving a safe, hazard-free environment. Every floor requires regular cleaning, but the procedures and best practices will vary depending on the material and type of floor in question. Fortunately, The Budd Group is equipped to customize a floor care plan suited for each of our customers’ needs.

Services Included in Our Floor Care Program
As previously stated, every floor is different. Depending on the floor material, different maintenance methods are required. Some floors will need daily attention, while others require periodic deep cleaning or polishing, perhaps in addition to daily or weekly vacuuming, mopping and/or sweeping. Whatever the case, we have the experience and resources to handle any and all floor care requirements. Some of these specific services include:
- Daily sweeping and/or vacuuming
- Daily wet mopping
- Periodic burnishing and/or buffing
- Proactive scrubbing and refinishing
- Etc.
Just as each floor is different from one another, so is every facility.
