The con­di­tion of a property’s lawn can have a sig­nif­i­cant impact on said property’s curb appeal, val­ue, and integri­ty. Not only should your land­scape appeal to out­side eyes — it should also be opti­mized for the region­al cli­mate, use ener­gy effi­cient­ly with min­i­mal waste, and dis­cour­age the infes­ta­tion of harm­ful pests and fun­gi. If poor­ly man­aged or improp­er­ly installed, an exist­ing land­scape may be beyond repair and require a com­plete over­haul. Even a well-main­tained land­scape may be lack­ing fea­tures and process­es that would enhance it fur­ther. In both cas­es, land­scape instal­la­tion ser­vices come into play.

What is Land­scape Installation?

As its name implies, land­scape instal­la­tion refers to the instal­la­tion of fea­tures and sys­tems relat­ing to land­scap­ing, such as lay­ing down new soil, set­ting up new irri­ga­tion sys­tems, plant­i­ng new flow­ers, shrubs, and/​or trees, and more. Land­scap­ing ser­vices will install and intro­duce the nec­es­sary ele­ments required to make a property’s green spaces more beau­ti­ful, effi­cient, envi­ron­men­tal­ly-friend­ly, and eas­i­er to main­tain. As men­tioned above, prop­er land­scape instal­la­tion requires con­sid­er­able plan­ning and prep work.
