Ramiro Alvarez, General Manager, oversees the execution of our top line and bottom line financial growth strategy in Tennessee. Ramiro is responsible for the management and development of staff and customer engagement and retention for the Tennessee market.
Ramiro Alvarez is a veteran in the professional facility service industry, with over 18 years of management experience. He holds an RBSM certification from BSCAI, is an active member of BOMA and recently served as the regional general manager for a worldwide facility service organization, within his primary territory of Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and Kentucky. Ramiro was directly responsible for driving increased market share growth through new contract sales, enhancement sales and T&M sales. In addition, he was able to successfully meet and exceed goals related to client retention, employee retention and development and territory financial goals.
He holds a B.A. in theology from Baxter in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Ramiro is a family man with a devotion to God. He is married to Patricia and has two children, Vanessa (17 years old) and Ramiro Jr. (4 months old). He and Patricia are active members of the Donelson Church in Nashville, Tennessee, where Ramiro teaches adult classes and is involved with outreach programs for the local community. He also serves on the board of directors for AGAPE in Nashville. Ramiro is passionate about helping others find success in different areas of life.
