Charles Keenum provides senior level oversight for all responsibilities of the Janitorial Line of Business. He provides oversight for the development, implementation, and standardization tools for his management team. Charles has been with The Budd Group since June of 2001. Prior to joining The Budd Group, Charles worked for SSC Service Solutions out of Knoxville as a Senior Group Manager providing janitorial services to public school systems throughout South Carolina. Charles earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 1992 from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
